Thomas Alexander have been appointed to assist with the development of two penthouse units within the iconic Centre Point. The two properties reside at levels 31 & 32 of the building, which has recently undergone a full r edevelopment under Almacantar. The properties are currently in a shell and core condition. Our proposal seeks to create a striking double height space within the primary living spaces, and provides 7 bedooms across 8000 SQFT.
